The Costa Rica Constructora Division of La Tigra Properties has designed, and will
construct, your choice of any one of the three floor plan arrangements as you select for the total completed cost of $ 30.00 per square foot, which includes all design, materials, labor, permits, fees and taxes - You may purchase property either through La Tigra Properties or on your own, and we will build the standard design Retirement Cottage on that property, anywhere in north Alajuela Province, subject to mutual agreement of terms and conditions and, of course, complete mobile access to property. Our price includes everything except the site and utility work (which will vary for different sites) |
"Plan A" - 2 BR + 1 BA - floor/roof area 9m x 9m = 81m2 or 872 ft2 872 square feet x $30.00 = $26,160 total building cost |
this is the "basic" or minimum configuration and does NOT include finished garage or patio - open parking and grilling |
"Plan B" - 2 BR + 1 BA - floor/roof area 12m x 9m = 108m2 or 1162 ft2 1162 square feet x $30.00 = $34,860 total building cost |
this is the "urban" or enhanced configuration and does NOT include finished garage but includes 26' x 9.9' covered patio |
"Plan C" - 2 BR + 1 BA - floor/roof area 12m x 12m = 144m2 or 1550 ft2 1550 square feet x $30.00 = $46,500 total building cost |
this is the "upscale" or freestanding configuration and DOES include both a finished garage and 26' x 9.9' covered patio |
